Refund Policy
At ReShapeU Aesthetics & Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing a professional, honest and transparent service at all times. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking any appointment, treatment, consultation, package, product or service with us.
By booking with ReShapeU Aesthetics & Skin Clinic, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, treatment or consultation.
Please note:

All deposits are non-refundable
-
Deposits are taken to secure your appointment time and cover administration and booking costs
-
Your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you once your booking has been confirmed
Where sufficient notice is given, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you provide 24 hours or more notice:

Your deposit may be transferred to one new appointment date
-
Rearranged appointments must be booked within a reasonable timeframe set by the clinic
If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice:
-
Your deposit will be forfeited
-
A new deposit may be required to secure a future appointment
If you fail to attend your appointment (“no show”):
-
Your deposit will be forfeited
-
You may be required to pay in full or pay a new deposit before booking future appointments
3. Refunds for Treatments Already Carried Out
Due to the nature of aesthetic, skin and cosmetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for treatments that have already been carried out.
This includes situations where:

you change your mind after treatment
-
results are not immediate
-
results are more subtle than expected
-
you decide the treatment was not right for you after it has been performed
Aesthetic and skin treatment outcomes can vary from person to person depending on factors such as:

individual anatomy
-
skin condition
-
lifestyle
-
medical history
-
aftercare compliance
-
natural response to treatment
For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed.
4. Results Disclaimer
All treatments provided by ReShapeU Aesthetics & Skin Clinic are carried out following consultation, discussion and informed consent.
While we always aim to provide the highest standard of care and treatment planning, individual results will vary and no treatment outcome can ever be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require:

multiple sessions
-
maintenance sessions
-
combination treatments
-
time for full results to develop
A lack of desired result, delayed result, or variation in response does not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Consultations
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
This is because the appointment time is reserved specifically for you and includes professional time, assessment and treatment planning.
If a consultation fee is redeemable against treatment, this will be stated at the time of booking.
6. Packages, Courses of Treatment & Prepaid Appointments
If you purchase a package, course of treatment or block booking, please note:

Package payments are non-refundable once any part of the package has been used

Unused sessions may be reviewed at the clinic’s discretion

Expiry dates may apply where stated
-
Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the clinic
If you begin a course of treatment and then decide not to continue, any refund offered (if any) will be assessed based on:

treatments already carried out
-
products or consumables already used
-
administrative costs
-
reserved clinic time
-
any promotional discount applied to the package
7. Products Purchased
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics or retail products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:
-
proof of purchase
-
details of the issue
-
photos if applicable
Any eligible refund, replacement or exchange will be assessed in line with your statutory consumer rights.
8. Products or Services Purchased on the Client’s Behalf
In some circumstances, ReShapeU Aesthetics & Skin Clinic may purchase products or services on behalf of a client, including (but not limited to):
-
prescription products
-
specialist or bespoke items
-
third-party services
-
pre-ordered stock
-
treatment-related products
Please note:
-
Any payments made by the client for products or services purchased on their behalf are strictly non-refundable
-
This applies regardless of any other terms within this policy, including where:
-
the client cancels an appointment
-
the appointment is rescheduled
-
the clinic cancels or rearranges an appointment
-
the client chooses not to proceed with treatment
-
Where applicable:
-
the purchased goods will be retained and made available for collection by the client
-
or may be delivered to the client at the clinic’s discretion
This policy is in place because such items are often:
-
ordered specifically for the client
-
non-returnable
-
non-transferable
-
or subject to third-party supplier terms
9. Late Arrivals
Please attend your appointment on time.
If you arrive late:
-
your appointment may need to be shortened
-
your treatment may need to be rescheduled
-
your deposit or payment may be lost if there is insufficient time to safely carry out treatment
This is to avoid impacting other clients booked after you.
10. Medical Unsuitability / Contraindications
Client safety is always our priority.
If, during your consultation or appointment, it is identified that treatment is not safe or suitable due to:
-
medical history
-
contraindications
-
medications
-
skin condition
-
recent treatments
-
or any other safety concern
…we reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment.
In these circumstances:
-
your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment where appropriate
-
or held against an alternative suitable treatment / consultation
-
refunds will be considered at the clinic’s discretion depending on the circumstances
11. If the Clinic Cancels Your Appointment
In the unlikely event that ReShapeU Aesthetics & Skin Clinic needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered either:
-
a rescheduled appointment
or -
a full refund of any deposit or payment made for that appointment
Please note:
This does not apply to any products or services purchased specifically on the client’s behalf as outlined in Section 8 of this policy.
We are not liable for any indirect costs you may incur, such as:
-
travel
-
childcare
-
time off work
-
parking
-
accommodation
-
loss of earnings
12. Dissatisfaction / Concerns
If you have any concerns about your treatment, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter appropriately.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
-
a review appointment
-
aftercare advice
-
further assessment
-
an appropriate resolution at the clinic’s discretion
We are committed to handling concerns professionally, fairly and respectfully.
13. Training Courses (If Applicable)
If you book any training course, masterclass or academy-based education with us, separate booking terms may apply.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
training course deposits are non-refundable
-
cancellations within a short notice period may result in loss of payment
-
course places may be transferable at our discretion with sufficient notice

14. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
