HIFU Non Surgical Facelift Neck Lift & Body Sculpting.

HIFU Non-Surgical Facelift

is a non-invasive procedure. It uses digital HIFU (High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound). It is the next step forward, in the way you can tackle ageing, sagging, tired and wrinkled skin. By using an intensive ultrasonic waveform, to focus under the skin at the selective depth, makes the treatment completely non-invasive.

We are Yorkshires first Treatment clinic offering HIFU Non Surgical Facelift  Neck Lift and Décolletage as well as New Body Sculpting. We offer the very latest High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, also known as ‘HIFU’, ‘4D SkinMed’, ‘Ultrasound Facelift’ or ‘4D HIFU’

This innovative new procedure is fast becoming one of the most sought after lifting treatments for face, neck, décolletage & body.

The procedure is a one-off treatment which will help you achieve tighter, firmer, lifted skin!*

The key advantages of this treatment are:

  • Stimulates natural collagen production.

  • No cuts to the skin.

  • No recovery time.

  • Noticeable results within the first 30 days.

  • One single Treatment. Less than 90 minutes.

One treatment will deliver visible effects in lifting and tightening. It will also create new collagen which will help your skin maintain its youthful glow.*

Individually it targets brow, jowl and neck lifting. It also produces overall skin tightening and rejuvenation. You will see a noticeable improvement in facial contouring, fine lines and wrinkles. You will then continue to see visual improvements over the following 3 months after the treatment.*

How does HIFU work?

HIFU Non-Surgical Facelift stands for ‘High Intensity Focused Ultrasound’. During this Non-Surgical treatment, ultrasound energy is used to stimulate the deep layers which support the skin. In doing so this then creates a lifted, more taut appearance and also stimulates the body to produce more collagen.

Who is suitable for HIFU treatment?

A suitable candidate for HIFU is someone who is aged 30+ who has noticed that the skin on their face or neck has become more lax and wishes to lift and tighten the relevant area.

For patients in their 30s it is used typically to stimulate collagen production and so then help delay the ageing process.

Patients in their 40s and 50s are the most common age group who have this treatment.

It is also suitable for those aged 60+ provided the degree of laxity is not too great. It is also suitable for those who have had surgery in the past to prolong the effects of surgical facelifts.

Hull Laser Treatments offer free consultations to assess whether this treatment is suitable for you.

What areas can be treated using HIFU?

Brow lifting
Jowl lifting
Mid face lifting
Nasolabial fold reduction
Neck lifting and tightening
Overall skin tightening and rejuvenation.

How long until I see results?

Clients may witness some initial effect, but ultimately lifting and firming will take place over approximately 3 months, as collagen is renewed and replaced with new, stronger collagen. As this collagen building process continues, continued improvements can appear for up to 6 months.*

How long do HIFU results last?

Most people find results last  between 1 & 3  years, although yearly touch-up treatments are recommended to stay ahead of the ageing process.*

Does HIFU hurt?

Most people do not report pain. There can be slight aching over bony areas or a warm sensation in the skin during treatment.

Is HIFU safe?

Thousands of treatments have been performed worldwide using HIFU technology without significant adverse events. In addition, ultrasound energy has been used safely in the field of medicine for more than 50 years.

Is HIFU classed as surgery?

No. While the ultrasound treatment does target the deep layer of skin often addressed in surgery, it does not involve general anaesthetic or cutting the skin in any way.

Can HIFU replace a face lift?

Although 7D-HIFU is not a replacement for surgery, it is ideal for people who wish to uplift the face and neck but who are not ready for surgery – either psychologically, financially or logistically. It is considered more of an ‘uplift’ than a ‘facelift’ and can be combined with other non-surgical lifting treatments to further enhance the results.*

Who is a good candidate for HIFU?

A good candidate is someone who is aged 30+ who has noticed that the skin on their face or neck has become more lax and wishes to lift and tighten the relevant area.

For patients in their 30s it is typically used to stimulate collagen production and hence help delay the ageing process.

Patients in their 40s and 50s are the most common age group who have this treatment. It is also for those aged 60+ or who have had surgery in the past to prolong to effects of surgical facelifts.*

How long does the HIFU treatment take?

Between 30-90 minutes, depending on area to be treated.

What kind of results do you get with HIFU treatment?

HIFU treatment addresses skin that is mild to moderately loose or lax, specifically by reconditioning and renewing the skin from within. HIFU treatment will lift the brow, which in turn reduces excess skin on the eyelids, opens up the eyes, and gives a more refreshed look overall. Patients have reported firmer, more toned skin in others areas of the face and neck as well.

Will I need more than one HIFU treatment?

The majority of patients need only one treatment; however, some may benefit from more than one treatment (depending on how much laxity they have and their body’s own biological response to the ultrasound and collagen rebuilding process).

Is there any downtime?

There is normally no downtime or recovery time needed. Most people return to normal activities right away.

Are there any side effects?

There may be slight redness following the treatment. A small amount of patients report swelling, tingling or tenderness to touch.
All potential side effects will be discussed by the practitioner prior to treatment.

Can HIFU be combined with other treatments?

Often 7D HIFU is used alongside other treatments to enhance results. For a lifting effect it is often used with Silhouette Soft Threads or a liquid facelift to give optimum lift.*

It is also recommended you use a suitable Anti Ageing Skin Care product available from us to help with the process.

The Results

Clients can expect to achieve a visible reduction in fine lines and wrinkles while also noticing an overall lifting and tightening effect as the skin becomes more toned and plump. This is a direct result of new collagen formation beneath the skin. Unfortunately, we continue to age so achieved results do deteriorate over time. That being said, at 1-2 years, the results are considered to be long lasting. We recommend follow up treatment every 1-2 years for those wishing to retain their more youthful appearance.
